RaggedStone1 Linux Driver Changes in 0.0.2

renamed the source and module files (from {mod_}pci_driver_7seg.{c,o} to {mod_}rs1_pci_driver.{c,o})
now works with RT-Linux:
- three new functions that are callable by RT-Linux based modules and other kernel modules
- added a headerfile “vc_pulser_rt.h” for those three functions (Please disregard the name, it is based on an internal project)
